Referencing media including images, video and sound

If you decide that you would like to use a Youtube clip in an assessment task, you need to ensure that you collect the following information:
Author, A. [screen name] (Year, Month Day). Title of video [Video]. Youtube. http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Queensland University of Technology Library. (2015, September 6). CRAAP test [Video]. Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5Jm8_82nYc.
Zoller, J. [MrZoller]. (2012, January 2). Geography of China [Video]. Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6IrkUvJxio&list=PL9bDHRx3YbkVwzLUTK2aiT460v9fZImZp.
Clickview content
Clickview is a database of content that has been broadcast on free to air TV. You need to identify whether it is a TV program or a movie and use the appropriate APA6 referencing format.
The following is an example of a documentary:
Webb, S. (Director). (2013). JFK: Seven Days That Made a President [Documentary]. National Geographic
You can list the director, producer or presenter as the 'author' depending on what information is provided in the credits. The title of the source can be capitalised. Use square brackets to indicate what type of source it is (i.e. a Documentary, Film, Television programme etc.). List the production company or channel.

Creator, A. (Year, Month Day). Title of image or work [Online image]. Title of publication. http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Van Gogh, V. (1890). Undergrowth with two figures [Online image]. Google Cultural Institute. https://www.google.com/culturalinstitute/beta/asset/undergrowth-with-two-figures/PgGaehoXTiERQQ.
Note: no specific month or day was available for this particular source

- Author - The person who posted the video. Provide their real name if available and then their screen name in square brackets. If only a screen name is available then use this as the author.
- Date it was created
- Title of clip
- URL of the video
